The centrepiece of the website, Lewis RV’s range of new caravans were the main focus of the design. The product imagery is supported by an understated design language, allowing each caravan’s details to stand-out, while the spacious layout gives each room to breathe. The browsing experience is engaging yet relaxed, while careful use of colour keeps attention focused on critical call to actions, so the user can quickly convert at any time.
Information architecture
Lewis RV’s extensive range of new and used caravans, plus spare parts and accessories, required a considered approach to the website’s content and data structures. Each of the product groups utilises extensive categorisation, creating a detailed relationship between each caravan’s brand, range, capabilities and customer interest groups. These data points are used throughout the website’s design to improve the user experience, provide additional navigation tools and boost the website’s internal linking structure, a big win for SEO.
